Q: How can you balance negative perceptions?
A:  Develop stakeholder communications that focus on the individual.

The last year has been a difficult year for the BBC with concerns about organisational efficiency, salary levels of contracted staff, through to exposes on the validity of public phone-ins.  All of these factors have challenged the relationship between the BBC and licence fee payers.

In the creation of this year’s reports, we developed a communication theme and creative concept – ‘The BBC and me’ - to demonstrate the diverse role and relationships that the BBC has and to highlight its leadership and innovation in television, radio and online entertainment, news and information.

We commissioned and art-directed all photography for the ‘BBC and me’ stories, generated copy headlines and managed all stages of content generation and production.  We managed the print process, including mailing and distribution.
