Annual report

The process started with peer group analysis and sessions with the Director-General and communications department to extract the key messages. This inspired us to communicate the Transformation story and convey the depth and diversity of skills on offer.

We used a variety of case studies from staff, trainers and people who had been through City & Guilds, incorporating eye-catching, fly-on-the-wall reportage photography and a lively narrative style to capture the energy and relevance of the organisation.

In total, we project managed and produced 20,000 reviews and 10,000 reports, including a PDF version of both.
Project overview
City & Guilds has been through much change and development, but wanted to communicate its vision and momentum, rather than talk about the strategic plan.
The theme of its stakeholder communications was Transformation: this embraced positive organisational changes and conveyed how the organisation can transform lives through its qualifications, training and range of courses.
